Rogge and his wife arrive at Beijing’s Capital International Airport.(BEIJING, April 6) -- International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge arrived on Sunday in Beijing to attend the 16th General Assembly of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) scheduled for April 7-9. It has become customary to hold the meeting at the host city of the summer Olympic Games. This is the top level convention ahead of the Olympic Games and up to 800 people from 205 NGOs, International Sports Federations/Associations, the IOC Organizing Committee, and IOC will attend the meeting.
