Olympic Venue Access and Parking Permits for accredited press ready for booking

Venue Access and Parking Permits (VAPPs) for the accredited printed press is now available for booking on BOCOG's Rate Card.

There are two types of Rate Card VAPP available: All Competition Venue VAPPs and Independent Venue (precinct) VAPPs.

Vehicles with All-Competition Venue VAPPs can access the designated areas, load/unload zone and park at designated parking areas in all competition venues and Main Press Centre, Media Villages in Beijing.

Vehicles with independent (precinct) VAPPs can access the designated areas, load/unload zone and park at designated parking areas at specific venues in Beijing and Co-host cities except Hong Kong.

The VAPPs will not be applicable for Opening & Closing Ceremonies.

The press rate card customers should refer to for the detailed information and make orders. Please note that the orders must be submitted to BOCOG no later than Feb. 15th 2008. Orders received after the deadline cannot be considered.

The parking at venues is limited and BOCOG cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. BOCOG reserves the right to allocate parking requests if the demand exceeds the number of parking spaces available. BOCOG reserves the right to adjust the Rate Card VAPPs plan in case of changes in venue construction in the future.
